The Choa Chu Kang Stadium is part of the Choa Chu Kang Sports and Recreation complex, an international competition standard, multi-sport facility supports a range of sports and community functions. The stadium is also the home ground for S-League club Warriors FC, one of Singapore’s most successful football clubs.
The Choa Chu Kang Sport Complex and Stadium won a Singapore Institute of Architects Merit Award in 2002, and a CIDB Construction Excellence Award in 2003. The stadium’s elegant and soaring curved white steel roof, with supporting pylons, covers the 4,000 seater main grandstand.
The stadium hosts Singapore’s annual National Track and Field Championships, and played host to rugby matches during the 2015 SEA Games.
The stadium will host athletics events for the 18th AUG.
